My first contact with Frank's Automobile Shipping was with Perry Mejia, who dutifully collected all the information about my transport and responded quickly with a quote for the service. Perry was very easy to deal with and was very prompt in returning my calls. Emails from Perry were detailed and complete; I never needed to clarify any details since they were all provided up front.

Despite the fact that I changed my delivery date halfway through the process, Perry was able to accomodate me with no hassles and no attitude. He made all the arrangements and called me right back the next day!

Once the transport was scheduled, Perry emailed me all the contact information for the driver and his scheduled itinerary. Things went relatively smoothly from there with the exception of the delivery. The driver ended up being a day late although he never called the destination to inform them of the schedule change. I suspect he didn't call Frank's Automobile Shipping either as I would have got some notification from them.

After several calls to the driver (and none from the driver) a successful delivery was made. Despite the flakiness of the driver, his attention to detail was very reassuring. He had very meticulous notes of the car upon pickup (down to missing paint flecks on the bumper) and a very clean truck. He handled my car like a baby as he unloaded it and put it in our driveway. Needless to say the car was in pristine condition upon delivery.

I would definitely recommend Frank's Automobile Shipping to friends and family!
