The original driver did not show up due to a mechanical problem. A notice was sent to me by email about the delay (but a telephone call would have been better). I called and eventually spoke to Franck who was genuinely apologetic. He sent another driver the next day who showed up on time. The driver was friendly and courteous. My car (Mercedes) arrived exactly 1 week later - which was still within the original estimated time. Due to rain and bad weather, the car arrived dirty which is understandable. But the overall experience was good and I plan to use this service again for a second vehicle.
