I am a first time user of Frank's after reading their reviews on line. A friend of mine and I shipped our cars at the same time. There was a little confusion at first over 2 different cars from 2 different locations going to one destination. After we worked that out all went well and the delivery was timely and the pricing was very competitive. I was impressed that Frank called after the delivery to see how things went...don't see much of that customer service in this industry. I plan on using Frank's again in the spring when I ship my car back up north.
