Delivery was 13 days late and customer service issues not resolved

The driver was exceedingly unprofessional at the time of delivery and when I tried to contact Frank's about this issue, my calls were not returned.

When I first visited the Frank's Auto Transport website, I was under the impression that Frank's is not a broker and that my vehicle would be shipped by Frank's (based on quotes such as "As an auto shipper, we take pride in having a trained, professional staff that offers excellent customer service..." and "A majority of people that call themselves vehicle shippers DO NOT even own a truck – they are what we call middle men or brokers."). However, my experience with Frank's differed from such statements in three ways:
1) My vehicle was delivered about 13 days later than the initial estimated delivery date, proving to be a major inconvenience. In fact, the estimated date of delivery was pushed back three times. When I called Frank's about these delays, the owner (Frank) said he would personally oversee that things go smoothly, but the fact remains that my vehicle arrived much later than the initial estimate. Had I known this, I might have chosen to hire a more reliable company.
2) Frank's Auto Transport brokered the shipment of my car to another company, Sean Studler Transportion, LLC., demonstrating that they are a broker.
3) Upon delivery of my vehicle, the driver who worked for SST was physically and verbally abusive when he saw me examine my vehicle for damage and note down any damage I saw (which was minor). He called me names such as "OCD", used profanity repeatedly, and shoved me aside and threatened to drive off with my car. When I called Frank's about this issue and left two messages, I did not hear back.
