After getting bombarded by texts, calls, etc from brokers and then not getting returned calls, I decided to read reviews. I was very leery about transporting my car after reading so many complaints at transportreviews.com. I actually thought about just taking time off work and driving it myself. Thankfully, I found Fox Auto Transport online. They had no complaints and a high BBB rating. I called FoxAutoTransport and talked to Trish, she explained everything in detail including, how the process worked, cost and exactly what to expect. I called other brokers but did not get the feeling that they cared or wanted to explain anything. I placed the order with Fox on a Monday. My car was picked up on that Tuesday and delivered by that Friday. I was communicated with throughout the whole process. Trish was amazing and Jay the driver from Auto Transport was great too! Everything worked out exactly as planned and my car was delivered on time and without any damage. I will definitely use them again!
