I can completely understand all the previous comments peoplet have posted. I ran into the same issues. I believed them when the gave me the first quote. I waited for them to schedule my pick up. I waited and waited and called and waited and called and you get the picture. But once I told them to raise the price a little the contract was picked up right away. Luckily it wasn't a necessity to move it when I first contacted them. Buy the time they picked it up finally it was. I did have some issues getting in touch with them and when I did get in touch they didn't call back when they said so I'd have to call back. I think Chris is probably the best there and shoots the straightest about how it works.

But here's what I learned. If you need it done faster you have to put a higher number out there. Otherwise the actual truck drivers will pick the higher prices then yours. Also, Fox doesn't take your deposit or their fee until you're scheduled for pick up which is nice. They also lowered their fee when they couldn't get it shipped right away. Most importantly, it's a bidding game and the more you bid the better chance you have of being picked up quickly.

I was extremely disappointed with the actual driver tho. They damaged the hood of my car by dropping a chain on it and since I wasn't personally there to pick the car up (I shipped it to a freind) they didn't mention it and I got the shaft. Not to mention the truck broke down and he was 3 days late and even when he told me that he still missed his delivery time. I had a hard time reaching him when I did try to call. The biggest problem was the car had a blown motor which I made very clear and he showed up and was expecting to drive it right up there. So it took almost 2 hours to load because he didn't read the notes on it. Finally, he barely spoke English and was very hard to understand. So if you get Donovan Walker from Ultimate Auto tell Fox NO WAY!!!!

Did the whole process suck?? Yes. Was it entirely Fox's fault?? No. Do I know better now?? Abosolutely. I have to ship 2 cars in the near future and I've already call Fox because I know they're not an internet scam and I know they'll do their job. Hopefully I have a better result with th driver.
