I want to thank both Jacqueline and Dave, my driver, who made the transport of my vehicle a very positive experience. I must admit I was very concerned about transporting my BMW from one coast to another, but with the level of customer service that Jacqueline provided from beginning to end, and the level of communication provided by the driver, I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

My vehicle was picked up two days after my order was placed and delivered seven days later just as it was when it went onto the truck. The driver had experienced some weather delays as he was driving across in the midwest, but he wasted no time calling me to let me know that there would a day delay in his schedule due to road conditions.

I was contacted again by Jacqueline once my vehicle was delivered and asked me to share my feed back with her regarding my experience with the transport. I couldn't have been more pleased. The new job I am working now will require me to travel to distant locations for extended stays and I will transport my vehicle again. I won't put myself through the quoting process again. I will call my agent and set it up. The price was fair and the service was more than I would have ever expected. If you want to be treated with respect and know your business is truly appreciated Flow Express is the way to go.
