Horrific Experience

Promised originally two weeks to destination: took 5 weeks

Explained that we pay him and everyt hing will be paid for along the way: we paid at dropoff with surprise that money was never taken out of account and then had to call from dropoff point to ensure we wouldnt be doubly charged

Promised 2 $250 gift cards for shipping with company....never received them

Was given the number of the truck driver to ask when the truck would be available rather than the actual company knowing where the truck was or being able to tell me

Rude conversations every time I had to call someone

No updates....unless I called and each week would be a new delivery date and promise

Car was recieved dirty with some kind of wax or treatment still on the truck used for when vehicles go by boat to prevent damage from water....great intent, but couldn't it have been cleaned off...they applied it.

Worst experience ever!

the reason for the 5 weeks is that this car came from Hawaii and went to Florida, no one ever told her 2 weeks, that is what the boat takes from Hawaii to California where we picked it up to be transported to Florida. The gas redemption certificate was sent to her on 7/5, she never called to notify us that she did not receive it.. We never get the drivers telephone #, we only have the number for the trucking company, the drivers do not work for us, she was given the number for Fred at Quality transport. We also only take a deposit of $200.00, no more and there was nothing said that indicated that we would charge the balance to her credit card.
