Dropped the Ball

I arranged to have my son's truck transported and had asked to pre-pay with a credit card. The company did not follow-up properly, or send the proper paperwork and my son had to scramble to pay cash at 11pm at night. They answered my complaint email by saying I, the inexperienced customer, was negligent and they should had no responsibility- it was my own fault. Nice!

the reason for us not charging the full amount on the customers credit card is that she did not give us written authorization to do so, she authorized just the deposit and no more. The shipping order and the terms clearly state our policy to full payments or otherwise, this customer did not follow the paperwork that was signed by her.
