Charged booking but never made pickup

Fleet United charged me a booking fee, but never picked-up my vehicle. After attempting to contact them for 3 days after the scheduled pickup date, them failed to contact me. Without any information from Fleet United and the dealership insisting I get the car off of their lot or start paying storage fees, I was forced to have another carrier pickup the vehicle. Fleet United now says they deserve to keep the booking fee, because they “did book the pickup”. However there never was an pickup.
