I received a really good quote online and then confirmed the price via telephone. However, they could never make the arrangements with a carrier. I called almost daily to follow-up and check in on the status because I was on a time line - which they certainly new about - I felt like I was getting strung along until I eventually went away because they couldn't honor the quote they gave me. When it came down to crunch time - they still never called me back to let me know either way. Very disappointing service.
