DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IT REALLY DOES SUCK!!!

My husband and I purchased a car from CT to be shipped to MN. We went with Fleet United because they had the best turn around time for picking up our car online. Guess we should have looked at the reviews before going with this company.
1st of the companies overall structure is horrible. We were told the usual 1-8 days which is fine. We were ok with that. I called in and ask the rude gentlemen on the phone line what is the last possible day that our car would be picked up. We were told the 19th. After repeated phone calls made to the company. I was told repeatedly that I would get a return phone call and I got nothing. I have printed all of my phone records at the numbers that we could have possibly been reached at and nothing. Not once did we get a return phone call. My bad we got one. The rude gentlemen that we were dealing with called to tell me that he couldn't get a hold of a driver and that he would call me back. No return phone call of course.
It is amazing to me is that they can say 1-8 days but what they really mean is we will set-up a truck even if it takes longer because we can always blame mother nature even when there isn't anything else happening, except that we are trying to screw people.
So the 19th came and went and the only way that I actually found that there was no way our car was going to be picked up was by calling. Oh and I was told that I got a call on my home phone where our roomate has been all day and there is nothing on the caller ID or answering machine from the company.
Believe me this is the worst possible service you can get in the industry. Don't even try to use these guys.
