I had submitted a bid online for a shipping price and it happen to be Fleet that came with the lowest price. So, I book them on June 10,2005. They told me that the car will be picked up within 10 days and should be no problem.
After 50+ days and still nothing....I went looking for another shipping agent.
After booking with Fleet, in the 50+ days not one person from Fleet had called to let me know status or anything. I was force to spend countless time in calling them just to hear them say it hasn't been booked.
These guys are brookers and I would not recommend them. As they say you get what you pay, cheap quote means poor service.
One good thing is that they didn't charge me any service charge or anything...they offer a full refund if they didn't get it booked.

Well here is a simple answer for all of you. HURRICANE! He booked just before the storm hit. Gas prices spiked up after the storm, and he was unwilling to roll with the punches and pay for the extra cost. We worked at his rate, and guess what. No carrier could do the job. This guy is a hot head, and he is still being worked on by another transporter. Hmmmmm.
