At the out-start of this response, I would like to clarify the correct spelling of my name, "Antwan". Before Ms. Gamini initiated the order with Fleet United,we discussed the different services that we provide. I explained to her that our express service provides an estimated pick-in 1-3 business days.(normally)-It states this before selecting the service. I then explained to her that once that time frame has expired, the service is reverted to standard shipping, thus a decrease in the price. She was under the impression that her car would be picked-up and shipped in 1-3 business days. The individual on the receiving end gave us quite a difficult time paying the driver because he was mis-informed by Ms. Gamini that the car would be picked up and shipped in under 3 business day, and not "picked up" in 1-3 business days-as it states on our site before selecting the service. In the midst of the confusion, I had Ms. Gamini read what our terms list, just to make sure that there were no gray areas between what we had discussed and what our terms present. After reading them to me thrice, It became clear to me that she was not clear on what the service provided, even after our initial convo. on the phone. Her car was scheduled and picked up in the time discussed and stated on the contract she signed. At no point did we demand or hold her car "hostage". even the driver called surprised that a customer would expect a vehicle to be picked up and delivered in under 3 days from OH-TX. When I spoke to Ms. Gamini prior to the delivery of her car, she continue to express her dislike for being deceived, I went on to explain again the terms, and she would continue to cut me off during the conversation, she continued to say the same things over and over again with out me speaking, just listening. When she was done, I told her that I understand what she is telling me, but yelling at me does not lead to a solution.
