I thought I was a good judge of character. I guess I am not. I signed a contract with Richard Kelly and gave him my credit card to charge $50 to confirm my reservation. He gave me a guaranteed pick up day and time. Waited all day for pick up, several calls to Richard went unanswered and no one ever showed up. Still have not heard from him. Puts me in a horrible situation of starting over to find a carrier which puts me on the bottom of the list of cars going north from Florida for the summer.
