Absolutely everything was beyond my greatest possible expectations! Sarah Carragher, the lady that I dealt with in their office, treated me like a VIP and kept me aware of every step of the process. I stay very busy, so when I forgot about something, she kindly reminded. The car was picked up on the day she told me and delivered on the day she told me. She gave me the information for the driver and when I would be contacted. The driver (Dima, originally from Uzbekistan) followed through with the contact and was as polite and helpful as a person could be. He gave me the option of taking delivery at night when he arrived in my town or in the morning. He went through the paperwork showing me where he noted the very small few scratches that were on the car when he picked it up from the dealer. The Fisher was about $150 more than many other shippers, but it was well worth my not having to worry about what could go wrong for the 2,450 mile trip. This was one of the best service experiences of my life!
