I was working to ship a car in a short time window. I called (Thursday) Nicole who promptly worked a quote and submitted for immediate pick up. The next day, I am informed there is a carrier available to pick up as soon as Monday afternoon. We placed the order, but with it being the weekend, the carrier dispatch office was closed. Nicole texted me info through the weekend, even when she was off work to keep me updated on the pick up of my vehicle. Monday we confirmed pick up and the car was on the road. I want to say, given how poor my location is, the weekend, both her and the carriers dispatch office off work.... the fact she kept me totally up to date is above and beyond what I expected. The car arrived several days early and the driver kept me informed of my delivery. Nichole Matthews rocked the entire process and went well above and beyond what I would have expected out of any auto transport broker. Great service, communication, very fair pricing.
