This is the second time I've shipped a vehicle, and was an outstanding experience. Nicole was polite and professional throughout the process. She spent time up front explaining how the process worked, why she quoted the price she did based on the current market, and disclosed exactly what her commission would be. With customer focused attitude and transparency like that I had to choose her, and I wasn't disappointed.
I had a very challenging and tight timeline, and Nicole was accommodating and proactive to insure I had a driver when I needed one. She even reduced her commission and increased the payment to the driver to increase the number of interested drivers. By the time I was ready to ship, I had 3 drivers to choose from. The truck was ultimately delivered late due to the driver, and when I reported back to Nicole she made sure the performance was reflected in the driver database. BOTTOM LINE, the experience couldn't have been better, and I will happily use First Rate Auto Transport and Nicole Matthews again for sure.
