This was my first experience with using an auto transport service and I was very anxious about using this option to move my vehicle from Virginia to Texas. I called/emailed several transport companies and received numerous quotes. The reviews for First Rate Auto Transport were very favorable; although they did not offer the lowest price estimate for this service, the attentive customer service I received from Erika Pagan is what was my ultimate deciding factor. Erika was able to answer all of my questions and I did not feel pressured or rushed. Ms. Pagan explained in great detail the process of vehicle transport and she was able to address an additional request I had to move my vehicle with my house plants stored inside. She worked with the company transporting my vehicle to ensure my vehicle was picked up and moved quickly. My SUV arrived in Texas in 2 days and the driver was very friendly, professional and courteous.
I would highly recommend using First Rate Auti Transport and working with Erika Pagan.
