This was my first time transporting my vehicle. Erika is knowledgeable, friendly and dedicated to her customers. she was able to get the date and time I wanted. The driver was prompt and continued to communicate with me during the entire process. Pickup and delivery times were coordinated and there was no extended wait time or worries. The price for my transport was firm and there were no undercover fees. I would use First Rate again and recommend it to my family and friends.
