Horrible Service + Late Delivery

Service seemed adequate initially. Reviews were sufficient, and the quote was reasonable. However, First Class Auto had horrible follow through and terrible customer service in subsequent interactions. I had to initiate all communication regarding pick up and drop off. Pick up required excessive arguments and near cancellation of the order as Josh yelled at me, noting that I would need to pay more than the original quote. After several refusals and sticking to the original quote, my vehicle was picked up the evening of the quoted day. The quote noted delivery on 6 Jan, by 9 Jan I had heard nothing and was convinced they had stole my vehicle. No one answers the phone and I worried throughout the weekend if I would ever see my vehicle again. The car was eventually delivered on Tuesday 12 Jan. I would strongly recommend using another service.
