They were 2 days late picking up my vehicle which caused some inconvinience. But it seems it was the drivers fault, not theirs. Also the weather had been bad so I am going to give them benefit of the doubt. Service was a little slow but good. It was the holiday time and everyones got the right to take time off I guess. John Diaz was very helpful, did his best to rectify some mistakes asap. .......In general, good performance. Will use them again.
