The intial response to my email was quick. The turnaround time for transport was as quoted. They contacted the correct person to pick up the car and made the schedule to accommodate their needs. The driver called in advance to let us know when the car would arrive and it arrived as stated. The customer service was very good and the follow up after the car was delivered was good.
