Bad experience with this transport company. Received a quote from Eric for $810 and had availability date for pick up as 8/06/09. The car wasn't picked up until over two weeks later on August 26 after many frustrating calls. They kept telling me they were working on it but it ended up i had to call many calls to "remind" them my car hasn't been picked up. In the end, Eric called me and asked me to add $40 to the price, or as he said, quote, "we couldn't do anything about it." Speaking about honesty and customer services. By then I was already relocated and in order to move the car I had to add $40. The transport was quick, however, took about 5 days and delivered on the 31th. Overall, I wouldn't use this New York based company again. Not very honest and they don't stick to their quote.
