Allen and Jacob are dishonest and rude! They promised my vehicle would be picked up on 11/13/2017 and took my $75 deposit. On the day of the pickup, Allen called me and said the earliest my vehicle could be picked up would be the following day. He called again the following day and said Friday (11/17/2017) would be the earliest he could pick up my vehicle. I told him this was not part of our agreement and that I wanted my money back, to which he refused. At this point he became rude and hung up on me. Now he won't take my calls!
