No hidden fees, no run around, service when and how it was promised with excellent communication from office dispatch personnel and Drivers to my father who was actually needing to move the vehicle. Prompt thorough explanation of process, terms and fee schedule. Followup was handled appropriately and professionally with emphasis on customer satisfaction.
