My experience with first class auto was anything but first class. Josh will say and do whatever to get the sale. Initially all promising, and convincing.Once the car was taken, contact became unprofessional chaotic and unavailable.For days, no communication and no tracking provided.They first delivered the wrong car and then could not find the driver delivering my car.Complete frustration,trip extension and additional car rental expense .Only with the decision to involve the police/insurance company to file a claim was the car located.I picked this company to patronize a local community company ..BIG MISTAKE !! False promises were made. First class did not want to be held accountable . They blamed Freedom transportation LLC "their chosen carrier" for the errors. First class picked the carrier and they advertise their good judgment and backing of carriers selected. They offered NO compensation. Legal steps in the process. DO NOT BELIEVE THEIR ADVERTISEMENT.

The customer was informed that the truck that was carrying her car had broken down. We did our best to help her out as much as possible, we tried to reroute another truck to pick up the car but it would have taken longer to deliver the car. We were in contact with the customer at all times and the customer kept thanking us for our help with all of this. Once she received the vehicle we became the bad guy. We moved numerous amounts of cars over the years unfortunely things happen that are out of our hands the car was delivered to her safely just late.
