I will never use them again simply because they have no integrity. I contacted a few transporters and my last two options came up between them and another company. Sherry got me in by telling me that the other company is good at telling you one price and then when the driver comes to drop the the vehicle off the price goes up so off the strength of her word which was foolish on my end I went with Fidelity. I had a lot going on before I was relocating and she was calling me almost every day trying to lock in that sale. So it came closer to my time and she had promised me my vehicle would make it by the desired date. Not only was that a lie but after she got the sale I haven’t talked to her. Left countless messages and text messages. It’s been awful. Haven’t heard from her in 3 weeks and my car won’t even be here til the 6th the trucker says. Talk about a bad experience. No offered discount, no apology, no communication. Strictly pay them and never hear from them again. I will leave a complaint on everything I can though so this doesn’t happen to someone else.
