Unethical and illegal practices, double-charging clients to get car released. We're now having to complaint to consumer affairs. Go somewhere else!! We paid $3,675 to freight our vehicle to Hawaii. After repeated delays, we couldn't get our car back from Matson months later without paying another $1,750 because Fidelity did not advance the funds. The owner "Eddie" and his staff use a saccharine-sweet passive-aggressive approach as they fraudulently take extra customer's dollars. We now have to complain to consumer affairs and launch legal action to get our funds back. I don't know why these crooks haven't been shut down. Don't believe the owners' complete lies in his responses to reviews - this many negative reviews can't be wrong. Go somewhere else!!
