With all of the auto transportation nightmares I've heard from being in the military for many years, I was pleasantly surprised at how seamless the process actually was with Fidelity (and Raquel specifically). I wasn't given unrealistic promises either by the broker or the driver (Costa Bros). They picked up on the date agreed upon after the bid was accepted (4 days after the original target shipping date), and they arrived ahead of their promised schedule. The only hiccup was that we'd discussed Fidelity taking the full payment up front to pay the driver upon delivery, and that didn't happen. It was a minor inconvenience, but it got done pretty quickly. They shipping company was great about it, and the car had no damage upon delivery. I'd definitely use both of these companies in the future.
