I received a quote of one price and now they want to sue me for the difference of a higher price. Original quote in non manipulative email transmission. Actual transport truck refused to take my truck because it did not meet the transporters specifications which I can fully understand but, Federal Express Auto Shipping ensured me twice that there would be no problem. Had to remedy the specification problem right there on the spot. Zero Customer service....and I mean ZERO. That makes it very difficult to plan an interstate move. They never answered the phones. NOT ONCE! Company failed to provide any support at all. Company failed to contact me to confirm vehicle pickup. Company failed to notify me when vehicle arrived at destination. Company is irresponsible, unprofessional, uncaring. The classic example of, "Buyer, beware!" The actual driver and transporter was the exception. He was professional. I was not surprised when I found out that he did NOT work for Federal Express Auto Shipping.......My overall rating of Federal Express Auto Shipping: Horrific! The poorest of poor....at best.
