First off this company has nothing to do with FedEx the large shipping company. This company just does cars.

Originally I was excited, because the quote they gave me was $50 lower then anyone else.

When I spoke with Jason, he was very nice and scheduled a pick up. That day came and went with no contact from anyone.

Then I couldn't get a hold of anyone there for 3 days, calling 2-5 times a day. (They finally said they were having problems with their phones)

When I called him back, he was nice and said he would reschedule it, he did, but still no one contacted the shipper.

He told me the truck driver was Diane, and I was to pay her $200 cash, and the rest would come out of my credit card. The phone # he gave me for Diane was bad, but then someone named George called the shipper, so I got George's #.

George picked the car up on Friday. Jason told me it would be delivered on Monday. George called me and told me it would be there Sat. I waited around till 6pm on Sat. with no calls. Finally he called telling me he couldn't make it today, and he would be there first thing Sunday morning.

He showed up Sunday morning, car was in great shape. He asked me for $300, which confused me because Jason said $200. I checked my credit card online and they had charged me $100. So much for the $399 quote, now it was $400 not a big deal, but annoying.. and I had to come up with $100 extra in cash to pay the driver while he waited in my driveway.

Overall, I wouldn't use this company again. Bad communication, bad service. The driver was contracted and didn't work for the company, which is ok, but there was no communication between him and the company. Also he didn't calculate his driving time very well so it wasted a weekend for me.

On the up side, it was cheap, and my car arrived in great shape.
