In this day and age, customer service has truely gone out the window >>>>>> with the EXCEPTION being Federal Auto Shipping. We contracted with them at 11:30 a.m. on Monday, and the car was picked up at that very same day at 3:30 p.m. by Harkey Transportation. WOW!!!

We had direct communication with the driver from the moment the car was picked up right to the delivery site. The car was delivered ahead of time, no damage, in perfect condition, and Mr. Harkey was the nicest guy you could meet.

Back to Federal Auto Shipping. You get what you pay for. We paid a reasonable and fair price and received SUPERIOR service from Mr. Gold. We had constant communications with him from the time the contract was signed until delivery, along with a follow-up call after the delivery.

I don't usually leave comments like this, but the service provideded by Federal Auto Shipping was beyond any comparison. I talked with other transport companies and received nothing but double-talk and low-ball estimates. Mr. Gold was honest and very respectful of our business. I just cannot believe the level of customer service we received and it more than exceeded our expectations.

P.S. My wife is just sooooooooooo excited about having her new car!!!!!!!!!!
