I chose Fed'l Auto after I saw some shady reviews of another company. Fed'l was the next cheapest and Alan seemed pretty helpful on the phone. I had a difficult schedule to accommodate as far as the pickup/dropoff date, but Alan helped me work it out. Within a week of placing the order, I had a confirmation. The vehicle was picked up on time and then was delivered a day early. The whole shipment took 3-4 days in total. There was a little difficulty getting the delivery driver to do the delivery at a convenient time, but it all worked out. Other than a little dirt that is to be expected from a cross-country trip, the vehicle was in good shape.

All in all, good experience for me. Good price, good service, good deal.
