Ultimately, the driver is responsible for the quality of service you receive for car transportation. You cannot get anyone better than J.E. Finneman, an independent contractor to FedEx Custom Critical. He could have fulfilled his duties completely by unloading the car, having us sign the forms, taking the payment and leaving. However, he went the extra miles. Not only did he contact us in plenty of time and allow us to chose the time of day which would be most suitable to us (since we had a three hour drive to meet him at the border), but he waited while we inspected the car, and even phoned the mechanic for us when we discovered the oil levels were low in the car! He waited while we topped it up, gave us rags and hand cleaner, pointed out how the e-brake was different than in other cars (very useful indeed!), showed us the best materials for cleaning the car, and even gave us a cleaning cloth. He waited until he was sure that we were fine and left after us. (This whole procedure took over one hour.) On that run he delivered a car worth six digits, and I can see why. Being a car collector himself, he was very knowledgeable and treated our vehicle as if it were his own prize possession. You cannot get better customer service, and I would most certainly hire him for future transportation needs. I very highly recommend J.E. Finneman of FedEx Custom Critical.
