This was the first time I had an automobile shipped so I don't really have any other experiences to compare it against, but from my perspective everything went smoothly. Placing the order online was a simple process. Matthew was very responsive to my emails and kept me informed throughout the entire process. Marek and his crew were prompt and accommodating when the car was delivered. Overall I have no complaints and wouldn't hesitate to use FedEx again or recommend them to someone who was having a car shipped.
