They sounded great at first, but now all their phones are disconnected so I must assume they're out of business (although their website still offers quotes). No respond to my last Email to them.

Like most companies, they just contracted the work out. My vehicle was scratched from hood to trunk during the move. The driver gave me a bunch of excuses, said he would get it repaired, didn't have the phone number with him or he was broken down somewhere (3 times). Since he had a $1000 deductible on his insurance he didn't want to file a claim (assuming it would cost less than that to repair). He no longer works for the company he was with at the time (surprise) and was out of work the last time I called him. I give up.

In the future, I would only use a transport company if they actually own the trucks they're moving the vehicle on (assuming that claim is even true).
