Fast motion review from customer, SUV delivery

The vehicle was delivered after 10 days without major damage. The key problem is it is very hard to contact the driver. The actual truck that delivers the vehicle belongs to another transport agency, and the driver does not speak fluent English. The good side is that Customer service from Fast Motion itself is pretty nice. Yet the driver who delivers my car is very hard to communicate.I had to wait for his call both upon pick up and arrival. When the car is delivered, I found out a paint-marked 'tow away' sign on the rear window, which the driver had no sense of what happened. Fortunately it can be removed after some efforts. Last I would like to mention that it cost me $200 more since I put about 100lb of personal items inside the trunk (the original cost is $345+$1000, but I actually paid $1200 for the driver and $345 for Fast Motion)
