My boyfriend and I needed a reliable auto transport company to ship my Hyundai Accent (hatchback) from CA to MI. We researched several companies, read reviews, and called for quotes before selecting Fast Auto Transport. They offered a great price, speedy phone service, and had excellent online reviews.
I was in California when the car was loaded to the truck. The driver was thorough in his inspection and amicable. He called a day before the scheduled pick-up date to pick up the car but when I told him I wasn't available he came on the scheduled date as promised. He called with about 15-20 minutes notice the day of pick-up. Fortunately I was near the pick-up location so there was no issue.
My boyfriend was in Michigan when the car was unloaded from the truck. He received a phone call a day before from the driver with an approximate drop-off time. The driver called the day of drop-off, with a 20 minute notice. The unloading was a cinch, no scratches, dents, etc. The goods I had packed in the trunk of thr car were in the same condition as when they were packed. Nothing was tampered with. The interior and exterior of the vehicle was in the same condition as when it was loaded to the truck.
