I placed my initial request less than 24 hrs. prior to the brunt of hurricane Katrina, when gas prices were still "reasonable." They honored their quote even after the gas prices shot up more than .50/gallon, though it took a little longer than expected to get a committed delivery date. However once the date was established, the car was delivered within 48 hrs! I'm giving a 4 instead of 5, because I experienced some administrative shortcomings with the first scheduler I talked to who apparently didn't document everything correctly, which may have contributed to the delay. After a followup call, everything went as smoothly as I could have hoped. Total delivery time took a minimum of 2 weeks.
