This was by far the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever experienced in my life!!! Please take this to heart if your considering using this company!!! They took our oder the first week of January and said they would have it picked up on the 19th .....NEVER EVER had any intentions!! They took our deposit, and gave us every lie why the car couldnt be picked up when quoted. "The driver is held up at the new car dealer and will be there shortly", " the driver said he will be ther between 3 and 5pm today", one after the other and all the time they didnt even have a carrier yet!! LIES LIES LIES, also, they will answer the phone and put you on hold and NEVER come back and pick it up!! I called numberous times...to no answer and no return call if I left a message on the machine!!!!! DO NOT USE THESE IDIOTS!!!! We ended up using another company after firing these guys and they have it here in one week from oder day!!!
