Fast Auto Transport Does Not Provide Good Business Practices

On 6/8/09 I contacted Carlos regarding a quote provided iao $1250.00 for 2 cars. At this point, I had provided a down payment iao $250.00 to lock in my quote. The day before the pickup I decided to contact Fast Auto Transport as I was told by the associate, Carlos, that my quote was no longer going to be honored. He raised the COD from $1000.00 to $1400.00 the day before my move. I advised that associate to cancel my order and send me confirmation. The associate placed me on a 10 min hold so he can type up the cancellation and send me an email. The associate hung up on me several times and when I tried to call back he didn't answer or picked up and placed me on hold. I have had the worst experience with this tranport company and do not recommend this company to anyone. The said part is that I signed a written contract that states the price of the amount provided and no where on the contract does it state the price is subject to change. AGAIN, I DO NOT RECOMMEND FAST AUTO TRANSPORT TO ANYONE.
