This was my first experience using a auto delivery carrier. My apprehension was high, but Nicole was very patient with my questions. This is apparently a very competitive business as I received a lot of responses and follow up inquiries. I wasn't initially going to go with the lowest price carrier, but after my conversation with Nicole I felt a lot more at ease and decided to take the chance, as the price was the same as my cost would have been to pick up the car and drive it back myself over three days. The pickup took the maximum promised time to resolve, but the delivery was seamless, good communication, easy arrangements, and the driver was careful with the offload. I wouldn't hesitate to use Fast Auto Movers again.
