BAD. Drive your car yourself, or pay a friend.

Benjamin Bird was the trucker that Fast Auto hired for my job, and he was a pain in the butt to deal with and would never return calls, so figuring out where my car was and when it would be delivered was nearly impossible and really frustrating.

And my car was dinged.

At Fast Auto, Tonya and Peter were super nice in the beginning. They seemed much better than competitors that I talked to. However, it seems that they have no power over the truckers that they hire, so their service (as a broker) really is just to schedule the pickup and collect a broker fee, and then they're useless to you. And their estimates about when the car would arrive were wrong. It took several days longer, which changed my entire schedule.

Overall, I'd recommend not shipping a car. I haven't used any of Fast Auto's competitors, so I can't compare, but I do feel that paying $850 (almost all of which went to a rude and incompetent trucker) was a waste. I should have paid less and had my brother drive it.

We apologize for the communication breakdown by the driver, we try our hardest to screen companies we use, and in all fairness, drivers try their best to be available for customers. Sometimes driving all night and sleeping during the day to avoid traffic may cause lack of availability. Regardless, we try our best to communicate with both parties the best we can, we have never left our customers to just have to deal with it. We have the same limitations anyone would have once the driver is on the road. We have always stood by our customers and tried to assist in any way possible, we are committed to see it all the way to delivery.
