It all started when I was trying to go home to California, after being stationed in NY customer service was great, they did get the address mixed up but fixed it quickly. My gripe isnt with them I would not recommend there choice of carrier. To save a couple hundred bucks I drove my car a 79 z28 almost two hours to meet the driver for a agreed upon $1400. I lined up the car for them and let them take it from there. The driver, Leaning over the car using the steering wheel for leverage trys to turn the car over (you WILL break its ignition switch holding the wheel locked out on the older cars) sure as Im writing this thats what happened and he kept turning it before I could stop him he breals off the only leverage the key had...and guess what after building this car for a year + and well over 2100 into its engine alone...he rendered it in-op at a extra 350 bucks because it was now, thanks to him not working, it gets better. We push it up on the trailer and proceed to ratchet it on place...the cable bound on the nose clip and warped its polyurethane chin spoiler. A prompt "I cant be held responsible for that." Was said and I bit my lip on it. I couldn't reach the brooker nor the company. So if you want to drive hrs out of your way, have your car brooken in a matter of seconds and then be expected to pay over 300 more because of it...by all means use there carriers

Chris we are really sorry this happened to your car...the only thing I can say its an unfortunate situation and Im sure it could have been avoided with a little more care from the driver....thanks for not taking out your frustration on us directly and we will make sure to take that carrier off our list of drivers.
