In mid- February this year, I purchased a pickup on eBay, located in up state New York, and needed it delivered to western Montana. Using the internet, I contacted a broker, and signed a transport agreement. After waiting almost three weeks, my truck still had not been picked up.The broker was full of excuses, but no solutions...
In the interim, I was contacted my several other brokers, among them Sheldon Zlochower of FAST AUTO MOVERS. Sheldon immediately won my confidence, being very knowledgeable, and up front regarding the current trucking environment. Specifically, he explained the pricing numbers required to make it reasonable, yet attractive to prospective truckers... f
Subsequently, I fired the first broker{Stateway}, and signed on with Fast Auto Movers. Within only a couple of days, Morning Star Trucking from NJ, picked up the vehicle. Seven days later, the truck arrived in Montana, at the promised time, and in good condition...
Sheldon is a personable "Go Getter", and kept his thumb on the pulse of the transaction, cheerfully answering my questions. He was usually easy to reach, and faithful in calling back when unavailable.
I could have saved a lot of time and anxiety, had I known of him before hand...
He is a credit to his company, and has earned my respect and future business...
