I have never used an auto shipping service myself- only through business relocation, so I was wary of in-transit times, and added costs as quoted. I shipped both my Mercedes and Harley Dyna... I wasn't sure how the bike would be handled, or how safe the goods in my car would be.

I began to feel better when Tony and Carlos arrived. These guys were down-to-earth, knowledgable, and seemed to really care about getting this done right. They talked to me about everything being done, and worked with me to get my Harley loaded and secured. I was told they'd arrive on the following Wednesday in FL.

I flew to FL on Tuesday, and they were waiting for me. Seriously, they were waiting. Further, they could not drive their trailer onto the barrier island (Longboat Key) onto which I was moving, so parked on the mainland. Tony rode my bicycle almost 5 miles onto the island to my home so that he could deliver the bike, allowing me to drive him back to his carrier. I then inspected my car and Harley- both perfect. I drove my Harley, Tony my Mercedes to my home. You may think this is too much info, but I was amazed that these guys would spend so much time and jump through these hoops, ahead of my expectations, to make the delivery. I couldn't have asked, or expected more.

If you have any concerns about the veracity of this note, I encourage you to call. Before moving to FL, I had a logistics company in CA and understand the difficulties in long-haul trucking. These guys were excellent. Really, really good.
