Overall very satisfied with experience.
I had heard of some bad stories with other companies but my experience with FHT was very good from the onset.
All personnel made every effort to be accommodating and although the pickup was a little late it was due to mechanical problem which was corrected before my car was picked up, I was given credit for the inconvenience.
Manager spoke with my family and all was handled efficiently.
I called a couple of times for updates and was able to speak with an individual( Joanne or Susan) which reassured me greatly.
The drivers were also open with the information as to schedule and expected time of arrival.
I was given the driver's telephone number and so could speak with an individual.
Everyone I ever spoke with was very straightforward and accommodating.
Should I have to move my car again I would definitely use FHT once again.
