My problem started with this company before they load my truck on their truck it should have been a sign to me not to allow this company to move my vehicle. The day before they were going to pick up my truck I received a call saying between 1-3 pm they would be there to pick up the vehicle I prepared for the time and at 230 the next day when they were suppose to be there I get a call from them s I saying that would still be picking up the vehicle but the time would be between 7-9 pm at 830 I called the driver and ask if he would still be there at 900 he said he would be about 15 after 9. I said ok see you in 45 min. At 930 I receive a call from dispatcher saying that he would be there no later than 11pm I ask if they could just pick up the vehicle the next day because need to go find a hotel and put my kids to bed. All of our furniture had already been moved. He said he could not guarantee another day. I end up waiting until 11 and he still was about 10 min late. I ask the driver about how long it would take to deliver my truck he said he did not know he was just the local pick up driver and that the truck would be placed on another truck with another driver. I was told at the time of booking one truck one driver for the entire move. Then next thing is when they finally got to NJ they gave my friend 30 min notice to pick up the truck or they were going to put it in terminal storage and I would be responsible for the fees. Luckily he was able to be there that quickly. I was told that they would notify him when they were close to NJ so they could make deliver arrangement. I pick my truck up and there is scratches all over the vehicle a piece missing under the drive headlight, dent on bumper and scratches along with white paint and my truck is red, dent above taillight and scratches all over the truck. I contact them to file a claim I must have gotten the own cell number he is very rude he told me not to call him and that it was 630 in the morning I told him I was in NJ and I need to file a claim he gave me another number to call. I called Susan and she said she would send me some paper work and to get an estimate. After a week and half I received the paper work I got the estimate and mail it back to her along with the picture. A week later I get a letter stating they are not responsible and the damage was not done by their driver. They said they interview their driver and due to the fact there was no damage reported on the inspection at the time of delivery they are not responsible. I am stuck with 2500 dollars worth a damage that they did to my vehicle. This company is rude when I spoke with them on the phone. I would never recommend this company to anyone and I will never use them again. I will also not be so nice to the next moving company due to this experience.
