DO NOT NOT NOT USE THIS COMPANY. FHT AUTO TRANSPORT PICKED UP MY 2006 RAV4 IN CALIFORNIA AND DELIVERED IT IN 22 DAYS TO NEW YORK CITY WITH THE REAR WINDOW SHATTERED/MISSING AND THE UPPER RIGHT SIDE OF THE CAR DAMAGED. THEY WOULD NOT DELIVER THE CAR TO MY DOOR AS I HAD PAID FOR, FURTHER MORE THEY WOULD NOT GIVE ME MY CAR, DAMAGED AND ALL, UNTIL I GAVE THEM A CASHIERS CHECK. THEY TOLD ME TO EMAIL PICTURES OF THE DAMAGED VEHICLE, I SENT 5, AND SINCE IT WAS THE MIDDLE OF WINTER I HAD THE WINDOW IMMEDIATELY REPLACED FOR $525.00. I ALSO HAD TO RENT A CAR FOR 4 DAYS WHILE MY CAR WAS BEING REPAIRED. THEY TOLD ME TO SEND THEM THE BILL FOR THE REPLACED WINDOW AND NOW THEY ARE REFUSING TO REPAY ME FOR THE DAMAGE THEIR DRIVER DID TO MY CAR STATING THAT THE COLD WEATHER SHATTERED THE WINDOW AND IT WAS AN "ACT OF GOD" AND THEREFORE THEIR INSURANCE WILL NOT COVER IT.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE LYING, CHEATING, SCUM SUCKING PEOPLE AND THEY WILL ROT IN HELL.

The transportation of this vehicle took 13days. One day delay due to rain and snow storm along the way, across the country. We have a document to support this. We always advise 8-12days and let our customers know that delays may occur. As stated in our terms and conditions which is very similar to all transporters; we are only responsible for damages caused by our drivers, not acts of God. Please refer to our terms and conditions that customer sign at time of pick up. We move 1000 and more cars per month and it is not fare to be viewed and judged as a bad company based on few customers unpleasant experience that was not our fault.
